It is not until we look back and see that it all happened the way it was meant to. So don’t let life experiences trip you up too much, but do stop and reflect every now and then. We’re all merely doing our best. But reflection is truly something that can give us the tools and resources to continue evolving faster (infinity)
We can use experiences as tools from the lessons we came here to combat chosen by our Soul for this life. We can use our experiences as steps to climb higher. But only by acknowledging ourselves do we give ourselves that chance to soar.
When we reflect on an experience, we sit through what happened and hear ourselves out — judgment free. We let ourselves pour out and give ourselves that sacred space of acknowledgment (/honoring our experiences.) We have just created a space of release. We have now created room for how we would have ideally treated the situation ourselves. How we would have wanted it, not from attachment, but for intuitive love for ourselves.
We can problem-solve how we would have liked to be treated in that experience instead and then give that to ourselves FROM. THAT. DAY.ON. Instead of reliving that (perhaps) limiting story and holding ourselves back from easy-peasy magic. And at bare minimum — making room for more life experiences from a place of love after sitting with ourselves and hearing ourselves out.
