Do you ever feel your own stagnation?

But it’s almost as if you cannot move like something is holding you in place.

That would be our fear.

That would be holding onto something that’s so big that it prevents us from going anywhere at all.

Baggage. Past hurt and pain. Our limiting thoughts, beliefs, and actions.

But what if we could let it all go?

What if we could drop it?

But how?

By taking a deep breath and remembering the ebb and flow of moving on and letting go; the ebb and flow of life.

Disposing of old stories, beliefs — and then doing the actual physical labor of showing up and taking the right actions.

Because when we do that, as Lisa Nichol’s put’s it:

“When we get in action — mountains begin to move on your behalf.”

Every piece of shadow work, anxiety, contrast that we experience is part of our inner compass of what we need to heal. And we can only get it from ourselves. So we can finally dis-attach and let go.

To let go, we have the courage to truly learn, forgive, and to let go and move on.
